The team at Ume loans have gone above and beyond for myself and my family. We had an original car loan through them and unfortunately we were in an accident where our car was a write off. I contacted Phil, and immediately he asked about our well-being and before I could ask he said that he would easily help us with getting a new car. Between Phil, Brittany and Dan, the team have been able to quickly get me into our new car so I could continue to get to work. I am overwhelmed by the support and kindness shown by everyone there. This is the second time I’ve used Ume. The first time I dealt with Ford and Dan and couldn’t speak high enough of them and the assistance they gave me. My latest communication was with Emma, and once again the service, efficiency and professionalism she went about her work was second to none. We had to jump through a lot of hoops through no fault of our own but to her credit did it with no fuss or complaints. I highly recommend Ume and there team of experts, They are genuine humans who care about you not what they are getting out of it. Definitely 100 stars out 5.

This lending firm I have been with for the past 7 yrs approx. Although the interest on the loans provided are reasonably high, the reason for this is that for you to find lending generally is difficult for you. Yes the lending criteria is based on your ability to pay the loan back but if approved they do look after their customers well as long as you keep in touch with them. I personally have had a great experience with UME and continue my journey with this institution. Thank you UME for all you've done in the last 7yrs and look forward to another 7yrs. HAPPY 13TH BIRTHDAY!

Dan Fox, you have built an empire thanks to your dedication and amazingly professional team who work for you! I have finally paid out my 3rd loan with Ume and it was your team that has made it so easy. I would like to personally thank Darin, Britt, Amanda and of course, yourself. A special shout out to Amanda who has been really understanding and supportive towards the end of my loan and, has every step of the way been very professional. In closing I would like to say, anyone that is looking for finance, do not go past these guys, these guys are amazing at what they do and will support you all the way. Confidential After countless attempts at obtaining a personal loan with other lenders, I came across UME loans and I guess what really stood out for me was the “giving a 2nd chance” which is extremely difficult to Obtain when you have made prior mistakes with finances, causing a not so attractive credit score. But I have to say hand on heart dealing with Georgia, she was an absolute blessing! She took the time To explain everything to me, and didn’t make me feel any less entitled to a loan, just because I didn’t have assets, and credit score didn’t meet the criteria of other lenders/banks. She made the whole Process seamless, informative, and with the amount that I needed, the turnaround time was so quick and efficient, no hidden fees etc. I wish there was a 10 star review because that is the type of service You will receive if you are in a position where other lenders/banks only judge you on your credit rating/assets. I highly recommend UME and Georgia, she is the best lending specialist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

The team at Ume Loans are absolutely amazing!! After struggling with debt due to health issues, a lot of bills had racked up. With bad credit and only just gaining new employment, no bank would help us at all. But, Ume Loans were unlike any bank, they listened to our story and understood the need for consolidation, the application was easy and process was fast! MASSIVE SHOUT OUT TO EMMA! ❤️ Emma at Ume Loans delt with our entire application and made everything less stressful, she's so great to talk to and really made us feel less worried about everything. Anyone with bad credit knows how hard it is to rebuild after some reckless younger years, it can take years even decades to get credit back to a place to be able to successfully apply for a loan, Ume gave me that second chance! Front start to finish the staff were friendly, clear, professional and empathetic. The process was thorough yet reassuring and positive. Working with the team at Ume loans during some very uncertain and difficult times for our family financially has been an incredibly positive and heart-warming experience for us. Sadly it seems though that often those that are struggling can be met with further stresses and shame when having to resolve problems on top of problems and how easily we can all become isolated as our access to community and opportunities to overcome adversity tends to shrink leaving many without hope. Where do I start, I came to Ume Loans 2ish years ago now with a serious story. I needed a consolidation of my life. So many small things owing and an extremely low credit score. Felt at that time that nothing and no one could help me. You see a year or two prior to this I had lost a very dear friend to suicide and I’m not going to lie bad decision or not I gave up and stopped paying everything in my life to deal with that situation. Ume Loans gave me my life back financially when they heard me out and gave me a shot, when no one else would—the team actually considered me as a person and “why” I was where I was coming to them. They said YES! Changing my life. I just bought my new car in December 2024 (through UME Loans sister company FOX finance.) It wouldn’t have been possible without UME Loans. My life has been on an upward trajectory ever since. I cannot recommend UME Loans enough. Well played guys.

Absolutely no one would help me with a car loan and I had resigned myself to never getting one. Ume Loans was my absolute last chance and guess what? That's right they approved me and now I'm getting my dream car. This is the only company people should use and they truly give you a second chance. I cannot thank you enough. My experience with Ume Loans was spectacular, my lending specialist Kirra was so efficient in everything we were able to have everything settled in 4 days, I picked up my new vehicle on the Saturday morning and I had applied for the loan on Tuesday.
