2020 Quarter 1 Business Update

Thank you once again for taking the time to read the latest news about our business.

2020 is well underway and what a crazy year it has been so far! Tremendous issues in our economy and health systems worldwide, but also plenty of good opportunities coming to light. Although our quantity of loans is down on the same period last year the quality of borrower’s is higher. Its great to help so many people get the second chance they need.

During this quarter we saw COVID19 impact our country and our economy. Naturally, some of our clients are affected and we have put together a proactive step by step process to help them through this challenging time. Our staff have and continue to do an amazing job identifying the clients in genuine need of loan assistance and also helping our clients through the paperwork to obtain the government safety net payments.

Some highlights from the quarter are:

• Another profitable quarter with some great quality loans processed and another reduction in our overdue client numbers.
• If you are a finance broker looking for a competitive edge you should be talking to us about providing your clients with the Second Chance they need! Our online portal has been improved again and is ready and waiting.
• Dan, Phil and Brit all celebrated their birthdays this quarter with some amazing birthday cakes (even a very yummy vegan cake).
• Courtney completed yet another IRONMAN this time in 13 hours, 10 minutes and 3 seconds…. its exhausting just thinking about it!
• COVID19 has started to impact a few of our clients and we have prepared some information to make navigating the government safety nets a little easier.
