Start a new application by selecting either Consumer Application or Business Application from the left-hand navigation menu
For Consumer Applications, complete the initial 3-Step form to enter the personal, residential, income, loan, employment, and ID details on behalf of your applicant(s).
For Business (Commercial) Applications, complete the initial 4-Step form to enter the personal, business, residential, income, loan, and ID details on behalf of your applicant(s).
Once you have completed the initial form, you can continue the information gathering process. To do this please select Application History from your left-hand navigation.
Select the application that you are working on from your list. Then provide the information required by working through ALL Tabs in the application.
The Information Tabs are as follows:
Client Details – edit the information of your client if required or add a guarantor if required.
Residential History – add or edit residential information
Employment / Income History – add / edit income information
Assets – enter ALL assets as per on-screen instructions
Liabilities – enter ALL liabilities as per on-screen instructions
Expenses – enter ALL general living expenses as per on-screen instructions
Summary – review the calculated values to see the quality of your application.
File Upload – submit all required files for assessment. This includes banking history, credit file, privacy policy, proof of address, proof of employment. All listed files in this tab are required.
Ensure that you have provided as much information as possible in your application. We will only assess applications that have ALL the information that we require to make a thorough assessment.
Once you have entered all the required information, click on Submit Application in the Client Details tab.
Your application status will then change from Broker Application to Leads, where the Ume Loans Assessment Team will then take over the process and keep you updated on progress via the Broker Portal.
