Anyone with bad credit knows how hard it is to rebuild after some reckless younger years, it can take years even decades to get credit back to a place to be able to successfully apply for a loan, Ume gave me that second chance! Front start to finish the staff were friendly, clear, professional and empathetic. The process was thorough yet reassuring and positive. I cried when I was accepted and the staff shared that joy with me. They’re real people helping real people, would highly recommend and can’t speak highly enough of the team.

That's right they approved me and now I'm getting my dream car. This is the only company people should use and they truly give you a second chance. I cannot thank you enough. Where do I start, I came to Ume Loans 2ish years ago now with a serious story. I needed a consolidation of my life. So many small things owing and an extremely low credit score. Felt at that time that nothing and no one could help me. You see a year or two prior to this I had lost a very dear friend to suicide and I’m not going to lie bad decision or not I gave up and stopped paying everything in my life to deal with that situation. Ume Loans gave me my life back financially when they heard me out and gave me a shot, when no one else would—the team actually considered me as a person and “why” I was where I was coming to them. They said YES! Changing my life. I just bought my new car in December 2024 (through UME Loans sister company FOX finance.) It wouldn’t have been possible without UME Loans. My life has been on an upward trajectory ever since. I cannot recommend UME Loans enough. Well played guys.

Things went really fast when got the approval for loan even though didn't get total amount asked for they found amount that was suitable for me that I could use to pay for things I needed and was really good to deal with and understand.

My experience with Ume Loans was spectacular, my lending specialist Kirra was so efficient in everything we were able to have everything settled in 4 days, I picked up my new vehicle on the Saturday morning and I had applied for the loan on Tuesday.
