Start a new application by selecting either Consumer Application or Commercial Application from the top right hand corner.
Complete each section by following the application through. The Information Tabs are as follows:
Client Details – Includes personal details such as name, date of birth, relationship status, partner income, driver’s license & Medicare details
Loan Details – Complete requested loan details for approval including loan amount, requested fees and the clients IDEAL repayments to assist in structuring their approval to meet their needs. Please also provide detailed broker notes about your clients situation as this is invaluable to our assessment and helps expedite our assessment
Residential History – A full 3 years of residential history including landlord contact details.
Employment / Income History – A full 3 years of employment history including role, employer & employer contact details
Expenses – Complete declared living expenses for each expense section.
Assets – Enter all assets including vehicle details (year, make, model value), home contents, other leisure vehicles, investments, savings or superannuation.
Liabilities – Enter all liabilities evident in customers application and banking including Buy Now Pay Later, Pay Day or other loans. This includes amount borrowed, amount owed, repayments and loan purpose to assist with assessment.
File Upload – Upload all required files from the appropriate section and drop downs including driver license front & back, Medicare, two most recent payslips & Centrelink documents if applicable, broker supplied credit file (this ensure no credit hit until approval), broker privacy and consent including signing certificate, broker PDF application document.
Once all files are uploaded press Submit Application.
Once the application has been submitted your client will receive an SMS and an email from us asking them to link up their bank statements via our direct bank statement link. This link must be completed for all applications to progress to an assessment. We utilise multibank technology that aligns with our lending guidelines to ensure we can meet a same day decision for your application.
Once the client links up their bank statements keep an eye and ear out for your broker credit analyst as they will come back to you with an outcome or any questions to finalise their decision.
