Where do I start, I came to Ume Loans 2ish years ago now with a serious story. I needed a consolidation of my life. So many small things owing and an extremely low credit score. Felt at that time that nothing and no one could help me. You see a year or two prior to this I had lost a very dear friend to suicide and I’m not going to lie bad decision or not I gave up and stopped paying everything in my life to deal with that situation. Ume Loans gave me my life back financially when they heard me out and gave me a shot, when no one else would—the team actually considered me as a person and “why” I was where I was coming to them. They said YES! Changing my life. I just bought my new car in December 2024 (through UME Loans sister company FOX finance.) It wouldn’t have been possible without UME Loans. My life has been on an upward trajectory ever since. I cannot recommend UME Loans enough. Well played guys.

Confidential After countless attempts at obtaining a personal loan with other lenders, I came across UME loans and I guess what really stood out for me was the “giving a 2nd chance” which is extremely difficult to Obtain when you have made prior mistakes with finances, causing a not so attractive credit score. But I have to say hand on heart dealing with Georgia, she was an absolute blessing! She took the time To explain everything to me, and didn’t make me feel any less entitled to a loan, just because I didn’t have assets, and credit score didn’t meet the criteria of other lenders/banks. She made the whole Process seamless, informative, and with the amount that I needed, the turnaround time was so quick and efficient, no hidden fees etc. I wish there was a 10 star review because that is the type of service You will receive if you are in a position where other lenders/banks only judge you on your credit rating/assets. I highly recommend UME and Georgia, she is the best lending specialist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

This is the second time I’ve used Ume. The first time I dealt with Ford and Dan and couldn’t speak high enough of them and the assistance they gave me. My latest communication was with Emma, and once again the service, efficiency and professionalism she went about her work was second to none. We had to jump through a lot of hoops through no fault of our own but to her credit did it with no fuss or complaints. The team at Ume Loans are absolutely amazing!! After struggling with debt due to health issues, a lot of bills had racked up. With bad credit and only just gaining new employment, no bank would help us at all. But, Ume Loans were unlike any bank, they listened to our story and understood the need for consolidation, the application was easy and process was fast! MASSIVE SHOUT OUT TO EMMA! ❤️ Emma at Ume Loans delt with our entire application and made everything less stressful, she's so great to talk to and really made us feel less worried about everything. This lending firm I have been with for the past 7 yrs approx. Although the interest on the loans provided are reasonably high, the reason for this is that for you to find lending generally is difficult for you. Yes the lending criteria is based on your ability to pay the loan back but if approved they do look after their customers well as long as you keep in touch with them. I personally have had a great experience with UME and continue my journey with this institution. Thank you UME for all you've done in the last 7yrs and look forward to another 7yrs.
