Ume loans were great to deal with very professional and helpful. I made a few bad decisions in the past which lead to a bad credit rating and no one wanting to help. Ume approved my finance giving me the second chance at getting my credit back to a good level.

Where do I start, I came to Ume Loans 2ish years ago now with a serious story. I needed a consolidation of my life. So many small things owing and an extremely low credit score. Felt at that time that nothing and no one could help me. You see a year or two prior to this I had lost a very dear friend to suicide and I’m not going to lie bad decision or not I gave up and stopped paying everything in my life to deal with that situation. Ume Loans gave me my life back financially when they heard me out and gave me a shot, when no one else would—the team actually considered me as a person and “why” I was where I was coming to them. They said YES! Changing my life. I just bought my new car in December 2024 (through UME Loans sister company FOX finance.) It wouldn’t have been possible without UME Loans. My life has been on an upward trajectory ever since. I cannot recommend UME Loans enough. Well played guys.

The team at Ume Loans are absolutely amazing!! After struggling with debt due to health issues, a lot of bills had racked up. With bad credit and only just gaining new employment, no bank would help us at all. But, Ume Loans were unlike any bank, they listened to our story and understood the need for consolidation, the application was easy and process was fast! MASSIVE SHOUT OUT TO EMMA! ❤️ Emma at Ume Loans delt with our entire application and made everything less stressful, she's so great to talk to and really made us feel less worried about everything. Definitely recommend having a chat to Emma and the whole team at Ume Loans if your struggling to get approval!!

Anyone with bad credit knows how hard it is to rebuild after some reckless younger years, it can take years even decades to get credit back to a place to be able to successfully apply for a loan, Ume gave me that second chance! Front start to finish the staff were friendly, clear, professional and empathetic. The process was thorough yet reassuring and positive. I cried when I was accepted and the staff shared that joy with me. They’re real people helping real people, would highly recommend and can’t speak highly enough of the team.

My experience with Ume Loans was spectacular, my lending specialist Kirra was so efficient in everything we were able to have everything settled in 4 days, I picked up my new vehicle on the Saturday morning and I had applied for the loan on Tuesday. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is in need of a second chance, very happy with the outcome :)

I have been a customer with a car loan for over a year. I applied with poor credit history but was able to make the payments and was grateful for the help from the team to get my new car. About a month ago I got into some financial trouble and having received a call asking if I needed anything having been a good customer reached out for help.
