This is the second time I’ve used Ume. The first time I dealt with Ford and Dan and couldn’t speak high enough of them and the assistance they gave me. My latest communication was with Emma, and once again the service, efficiency and professionalism she went about her work was second to none. We had to jump through a lot of hoops through no fault of our own but to her credit did it with no fuss or complaints. This lending firm I have been with for the past 7 yrs approx. Although the interest on the loans provided are reasonably high, the reason for this is that for you to find lending generally is difficult for you. Yes the lending criteria is based on your ability to pay the loan back but if approved they do look after their customers well as long as you keep in touch with them. I personally have had a great experience with UME and continue my journey with this institution. Thank you UME for all you've done in the last 7yrs and look forward to another 7yrs.
